After 20 years growing high quality, container nursery stock, Shadowbrook Nursery, Stephentown, NY has decided that this will be their final season.  They are looking for a fellow nurseryman who would like to purchase:

• Entire inventory of plants-  5 acres of container plants,

Over their history, Shadowbrook has developed a niche market consisting of high quality, larger sizes of the following: Pieris Brouwer's Beauty (hardy and Deer Resistant), Rhododendrons (PJM), and Roseum Elegans. Their customer base is made of re-wholesalers and nurseries in Westchester, Connecticut and suburban Boston, local landscapers in Berkshire, Rensselaer, and Columbia Counties. This year Shadowbrook increased its marketing campaign and realized double the sales revenues from 2009. Shadowbrook typically employs 3 H2A employees from Mexico of which the team leader has been with the company for 5 years and would like to remain with the new owners.
